Jackie is a native of Yulee, born and raised in North Florida. She is one of six George Crady girls and has been happily married since 1989 to Andy Shepard, the band director at Yulee Middle School and the music director at First Presbyterian Church in Fernandina Beach. Together, they have four sons, who have blessed her with four beautiful granddaughters.
As a stay-at-home mom while my boys were growing up, I eventually became a Certified Nurse Assistant when my youngest started preschool, working in that role for 10 years. I later founded my own home health company, where I began assisting seniors not just in their daily needs but also with Medicare consultation, which sparked my new career in insurance and Medicare.
In 2022, I became a licensed insurance agent and joined a financial group based in Jacksonville, before taking the leap to start my own insurance company. In 2023, I established Shepard Insurance Services to provide comprehensive support and services for Medicare enrollment. Every day, I work closely with clients to help them find the best Medicare plans and offer ongoing support throughout the year.
